As a Doula we play a crucial role in supporting a mother and her family, through her pregnancy journey by providing emotional, physical, and informational support. From the early stages of pregnancy to labor and postpartum, a doula offers continuous encouragement, reassurance, and personalized care.
I help mothers and their family navigate the often overwhelming experience of pregnancy by offering evidence-based information, helping them understand their options, and facilitating communication with healthcare providers.
Once your babe is safe earthside, I offer continuing post partum care, including assistance with sleeping, meal preparation, maternal care and assistance within the home.
